The short version
All date calculations on this site run entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit the dates, payment terms, or lists you enter — including any CSV files you open on the list calculator page. We offer no accounts, and the site sets no tracking cookies of its own.
What this site does not do
- No sign-up or login — we hold no user database.
- No uploads — CSV files are read by your browser locally and never sent to a server.
- No analytics or tracking scripts at the time of this policy.
Server logs
This site is served by a static hosting provider. Like virtually all web hosts, the provider may automatically record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to profile individual visitors.
Advertising
The site currently displays no advertising. If we add advertising in the future, ads may be served by third-party vendors, including Google. When that happens:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
- Each third-party vendor's use of cookies is subject to its own privacy policy; we link to it here when advertising is enabled.
If we enable advertising or analytics, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Canada's PIPEDA, or Australia's Privacy Act — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local regulator. Because this site does not maintain user accounts or profiles, there is generally no personal data of yours for us to hand over or delete; if you believe otherwise, contact us and we will investigate.
Children's privacy
This site is a business-tooling utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
