Effective date: August 31, 2026 · Operated by the TermCalc team · Contact: xtwh888@gmail.com
All calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit the dates, payment terms, invoice lists, prices, or CSV files you enter anywhere on the site. There are no accounts, and we set no tracking cookies of our own.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which tools are used and where visitors come from. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint individual visitors — no personal data, no cross-site tracking, and no consent banner is needed for it. Aggregate page-view counts help us decide which calculators to improve.
Every page has a suggestion box at the bottom. When you submit it, we store exactly three things on our own Cloudflare infrastructure: your message, the page you wrote it on, and a timestamp. The email field is optional — fill it in only if you want a reply — and it is never used for marketing or shared with anyone.
This site is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, subject to your consent where required. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message powered by Google's certified consent management platform and can change or withdraw their choice at any time. For more control over how Google uses data, see Google's partner sites policy and Google Ads Settings.
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, the provider automatically records standard technical logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to profile visitors and expire on the provider's standard schedule.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above. Questions or requests about your data: xtwh888@gmail.com — or use the suggestion box at the bottom of any page.
